Lousy weekend.
Today should be a free day for me, but it is not. Today I need a lot of time to rest, after one week I was busy with the training of the national practice exam. Oh yes, this week I feel great stress, even I get sick, I relapsed disease. But still I have to go to school, because I don't want to miss a lesson, especially for the practice of food product.
Last Thursdays , I practice for test preparation later in February.
Last Thursday I made a set with a serving dish, from appetizers, soup, maincourse, dessert.
I've made is BEUATY SALAD, CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP, SIRLOIN MEXICAN STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE, and BLACK FOREST.
hemmm ... but so too bad I can't show pictures of my cooking because all of a sudden my camera is broken.
I am still not satisfied with the results I get, especially for appetizers, ordering my meals on the plate is less attractive.
But for the whole I'm pretty proud of that testing chef said "good, just need a little more training in how to serve food on a plate".
Wednesday I will be training again, but this time I will make 2 servings of food with meal 4 times a turn.
and working within 240 minutes.
oh yes, I will make with the same menu. I just replace the dish with soup CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP.
pray for me, hopefully I can do it.
